The City of Cincinnati engaged the Economics Center in understanding the estimated economic impact of constructing a three story, 90,000 square foot Class-A office building to house approximately 460 full-time employees at Oakley Station. Our team predicted the impact of operations as well as the impact of employees’ spending at nearby retailers.
