Applying a Gender Lens to the Wage Gap

When the Women’s Fund of The Greater Cincinnati Foundation issued the PULSE Study in 2014, they learned that the gender wage gap existed in every single occupational group. They asked our team to study the wage gap and its effect on wealth accumulation in great detail. The results showed a significant difference between men’s and women’s wages. How much would women make if they were rewarded at the same rate as men?
