Hannah Kaplan is a Research Associate at the Economics Center. She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Policy Analysis and Political Science from Rice University.
At Rice, Hannah completed a capstone project evaluating an early childhood development program which improves interactive talk between parents and young children. She analyzed the program’s delivery of interventions to determine its overall efficacy.
