Cincinnati Works assists individuals in advancing toward economic self-sufficiency. It achieves this by helping them find and sustain employment. Over two years, Cincinnati Works facilitated 1,200 job placements in the Greater Cincinnati region. The Economics Center assessed the economic impacts, societal and personal benefits, and the return on investment of assisting people in obtaining work and eliminating barriers to sustained employment. The organization provides a dynamic source of labor that to the local economy and industries in the region. To illustrate this, we created demographic, occupation, and industry profiles of Cincinnati Works members.
