The development of the Incline District in the west side city neighborhood of Price Hill was predicated on understanding the market potential of that community, complete with its demographic and housing data. Our report found that the district’s relative density amounts to twice the purchasing power per square mile than those of the surrounding neighborhoods. A panel of experts complemented the quantitative findings of this report to help us identify specific recommendations about housing developments and new retail establishments.
